We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Enrollment Coach & Franchise Training Specialist (Traveling Required) to support the successful launch and growth of franchise locations across the country. This hybrid role combines sales excellence, team training, and on-site leadership to help new locations open strong and scale quickly.
In this position, you will travel to franchise locations, working hands-on with owners and their sales teams to implement proven enrollment systems, drive revenue, and build high-performing sales cultures. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with leadership experience, a passion for coaching, and the flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to franchise locations nationwide to support new store openings and ongoing performance.
- Train, coach, and develop franchise sales teams on proven enrollment strategies and systems.
- Lead by example by actively participating in sales efforts and demonstrating best practices.
- Help implement and optimize sales processes, scripts, and KPIs across locations.
- Ensure each location meets or exceeds enrollment and revenue targets.
- Provide on-site support during critical launch periods, including weekends.
- Evaluate team performance and deliver actionable feedback to franchise owners and leadership.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to refine training programs and improve systems.
- Maintain accurate reporting and communication on location performance and opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in high-performance or membership-based environments.
- Proven leadership or managerial experience (training, coaching, or leading a team).
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationwide.
- Must be available to work weekends as needed for location openings and peak operations.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HighLevel) is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
Compensation & Benefits

Final compensation will reflect experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.
